Centenary Park in the Victorian town of Bright is located at the junction of the Ovens River and Morses Creek. Bright is famous for beautiful Autumn foliage and is a very popular tourist location for access to the Victorian snow fields.
Adjacent to the park is a popular spot for swimming during summer with a steel water slide directly into the river. This apparently attracts a a number of visitors wanting to jump into the lovely clear waters of the Ovens River.
Centenary Park has a number of picnic tables and barbecue facilities within a close walking distance to town. A lovely spot to sit and relax.
