Bright Bakery can be found on the main street as you drive along the Great Alpine Road through the very popular tourist town of Bright in Victoria. This lovely little baker is open from 6.30 am Monday to Saturday with Sunday trading during peak times (you can call and check hours as they may vary).

We called into the Bakery during one of walks around town and purchased some fresh bread rolls for lunch - lovely. If you happen to be out and about early in the morning then Bright Bakery have several breakfast items available (eg croissants,  puff pastry filled with chicken sate (satebroodge), or hotdog (hotdogbroodje etc) plus nice hot coffee.

They have a range of fresh baked Bread, Pies and Cakes daily and will make a variety of sandwiches or rolls for lunch. Very popular.
