Bright Brewery is a very popular meeting place in the middle of town. It was busy almost every night during our stay, and I understand that they will take a certain number of table bookings for evening meals. The Brewery has a very nice looking menu with a range of yummy pizzas. Of course you can see the large brewing vats and taste some freshly brewed beers as well as some local wines.
This busy place is open seven days a week from 11 am to 11 pm and there is a range of seating options inside and out - of course heating is provided during winter. They are within walking distance to several caravan parks in Bright so you don't have to worry about enjoying a couple of beers during your visit.
You can discover the art and science of brewing beer by booking yourself onto one of the Bright Brewery tours which are run each Monday, Friday and Saturday. Bright Brewery uses fresh mountain water in the beer making process and solar power.
