Bright Chocolate Bean to Bar

After completing the Canyon walk along the OVens River in Bright we called into Bright Chocolate Bean Bar which is housed in a lovely stone building on Riverside Avenue. You can watch while they craft chocolate on the premises from single origins.

A factory tour is available every Friday and I think this would be very interesting as the Chocolate Maker was passionate about chocolate and happy to explain the origins and process. They have a range of award winning chocolate and we purchased some of their dark chocolate, plus cocoa nibs and cocoa tea.
