The Isa Hotel is located on the corner of Rodeo Drive and West Street in Mount Isa, Queensland. It was the Mount Isa Rodeo weekend and we called into the Isa Hotel for lunch. We were very excited when we won a XXXX cowboy hat - a scratchy was given to everyone who purchased a XXXX beer. The Rodeo Bar and Grill was a great place to stop for lunch - plenty of seating inside and out and great food - they even make a gluten free pizza.
There is a bridge with seating outside which joins the Isa Hotel to the Red Earth Boutique Hotel - this is a very popular spot in the afternoon. Several bars to choose from between the two hotels and it is within walking distance of the retail area of town. A more formal dining restaurant is located in the Red Earth Hotel. Plenty of parking available in the streets adjacent to the Hotel.
