Mr Seafood - Scarness

Mr Seafood is a small outlet on the Esplanade in Hervey Bay - just across the road from the Scarness Beachfront Holiday Park.  While checking into the caravan park we asked one of the locals to recommend a good fish and chip shop in town.  He recommended Mr Seafood and this was delicious.  During our first visit we ordered crumbed Red Emperor and crumbed Sweet Lip – each fish price includes a serve of chips which were crispy and delicious. We enjoyed this so much we headed back a few days later for lunch.

This time we decided to eat at one of the tables set up in front of the shop. The deal at the time was that you could order salad for $1 or $2 extra if you ate in.  A beautiful salad was served with our crumbed fish and we could not fault the meal or the service.

I would highly recommend this place for fresh seafood, great prices and beautifully cooked fish.
