The Beach House Hotel is located on the Esplanade at Hervey Bay and was just a short walk from our caravan site at the Scarness Beachfront Caravan Park. After setting the van up for the night we walked across the road to enjoy a pre-diner drink.
This place looks very new with huge indoor and outdoor seating areas. The staff were friendly and, more importantly, the drinks were well priced - there are more than a dozen beers and ciders to choose from. There is a large separate dining room serving a good range of meals including great looking wood fired pizzas. Meals are served seven days a week in the bistro and the cafe serves coffee, wraps, sandwiches and cakes.
The Beach House Hotel overlooks the pristine waters of Hervey Bay, Scarness Park and Pier and has a number of function spaces available for all occasions. Very popular on the weekends. The Bottle O liquor barn and drive through is open from 9 am - 10 pm daily and offers a huge range of wines, local and international beers and spirits. This is located right behind the Beach House Hotel.
