Mossman Gorge - Rainforest Swimming Hole 1

There are a couple of swimming holes off the Rainforest Circuit Track as you explore the beautiful Mossman Gorge. The conditions of the water can change rapidly and information regarding these swimming holes is provided at the Mossman Gorge Centre.

Paths lead from the main track to the water but I found some of the rocks along the river's edge to be quite slippery - take care.  

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mossman Gorge and highly recommend this great place for day out when staying at Port Douglas or Cairns in Tropical North Queensland.
