Guilderton General Store

Guilderton General Store is located on Edward Street Guilderton - overlooking the Moore River Estuary. This is a lovely spot with plenty of parking and is conveniently located alongside the Guilderton Caravan Park for last minute grocery items. The General Store and and adjoining Cafe A'Moore are open seven days a week (except Christmas) - times may vary for different seasons. 

The General Store not only sells supplies but has a range of giftwares, souvenirs, artwork, camping supplies, fishing gear, ice creams etc. Kerry's Bakery sells fresh cooked bread, rolls, cakes, croissants and other goodies at the General Store every weekend (baking everyday during school and seasonal holidays). As you can imagine the bread sells out quickly during holidays so you may need to order.

The store and Cafe A'Moore were taken over by new owners in August 2014. We visited during November that year and found the service friendly as we enjoyed a cuppa overlooking the parkland and river. They open for breakfast and serve meals in the licensed cafe all day - great for us as we are often late for lunch and a lot of places stop serving at 2 pm. Takeaway meals are also available - great fish and chips.
