Echuca Holiday Park

Echuca Holiday Park is part of the Top Parks network and offers discounts to members. This beautiful caravan park has lots to offer the holidaymaker and is located within a short walk distance to the Historic Port of Echuca on the Murray River. We called in to stay overnight with our caravan and quickly unpacked the bikes to explore the town - a gate at the rear of the park leads to the bike/walking track into Echuca and along the river. It is only a short distance to shops, restaurants and cafes near the Port and also within a short bike ride to the Visitor Information Centre housed in the old pump station (near the bridge).

Echuca Holiday Park has wonderful facilities -

• NEW all-weather purpose camp kitchen with barbecues, gas cooktops and oven - just lovely with plenty of seating undercover
• air-conditioned central amenities - disabled facilities and family bathroom - very spacious and modern (beautifully clean) - laundry
• several other amenities blocks throughout the park

• resort style heated swimming pool with toddlers wading pool - shade sails
• children's playground - shade sails

• Car wash.

Most of the clubs in town offer a courtesy bus service to and from the caravan park - very convenient to enjoy a great night out. There is a public boat ramp nearby or you can just walk out the back gate and venture down to the Murray for a spot of fishing. Accommodation at Echuca Holiday park includes a large range of self-contained cabins (one and two bedroom) as well as powered and un-powered caravan and camping sites.

We had a drive through site with a slab and were able to leave the van hooked up during our stay - plenty of shade on the site was much appreciated. This is a very large holiday park that is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and we very much enjoyed our stay  - even met some lovely young people who were camped beside us.
