Berri Hotel

Berri is a lovely town in the Riverina Area of South Australia - surrounded by wineries and orchards. The Berri Hotel overlooks the Murray River in the middle of town and a popular place for lunch. We met a friend and ate in the upstairs dining room overlooking the river and parkland - I must say the vegetarian pizza was great.

Renovations were underway at the Berri Hotel during our visit and I look forward to heading back one day to look at the finished product. This was a lovely, friendly place to have lunch and parking was easy along the foreshore of the mighty Murray River.
