We took out the Fanatic inflatable stand up paddle board (SUP) and invited some new found friends to have a go at SUPing on the beautiful waters off Port VIncent - in Gulf St Vincent. There is a lovely protected cove at the southern end of the beach which was perfect for a beginner - the board is very stable and easy to handle.
We had a number of folks in the nearby caravan park watching our activities on the water which is fairly shallow for about 50 metres and quite safe for a bit of fun on the SUP. As you can see from the photos this board deflates and can be carried on the back seat of the car (of course we have it held in with the seatbelt for safety). The bag also holds the three piece paddle and pump for inflating the Fanatic - you can be set up in about 10 minutes.
We have been carrying this Fanatic Inflatable SUP on our caravan trip through central Australia and think we may have converted some more people to the wonderful sport of SUPing.
