Barcaldine - Rest Area

This is an overnight rest area about 2 kilometres east of Barcaline on the Capricorn Highway, located on the norther side of the road - maximum stay 20 hours.

There are a few trees for shade and the rest area seemed to large enough  to cater for caravans and motor homes of all sizes. Barcaldine (East) Rest Area has toilets, picnic tables, barbeques and rubbish bins. I believe water is available and dogs are OK.
