Coral Coast Tourist Park - Townsville

Coral Coast Tourist Park is located in an industrial area of Townsville which does not look that inviting BUT you will be surprised at this lovely little park one you look around. This caravan park  is a member of Top parks and located on a busy road but there is enough room to park with the van while checking in. 

We drove through the beautiful tropical gardens to have a look at the sites and cabins.  Angled site parking with one way streets make access very easy and the palms and trees provide plenty of shade.  It has a drive through dump point – great to pull over and empty toilet while towing the van and still allowing other to pass. The amenities block is old but clean and there is a shaded swimming pool located in the central part of the park.

We thought it was very well designed and seemed to be well patronised.  The staff are friendly and welcoming.
