Mackay Blacks Beach Holiday Park - Cabins

We called in to take photos of this BIG4 park at Blacks Beach and were warmly greeted by Jodi at reception who was more than happy for us to look around.  Bob, who lives onsite and works at the park, drove us around to look at available cabins.   

This is a very neat and tidy caravan park with a range of accommodation choices - powered or unpowered caravan and camping sites, Poolside Cabins and Parkside Cabins (sleeping from four to six). This park has a number of established trees for shade at a beautiful beachfront location - Black's Beach.

It has a lovely pool with water slides for the kids.  The large camp kitchen has been created alongside the pool which has been enclosed on 3 sides to protect diners from any strong winds. The amenities are accessed using a code and these are very clean and spacious with plenty of room for everyone.

The Poolside Villas have disabled access from the car parking area (all cars in one location), are very new and well appointed. These cabins were very popular with families for the weekend - they vary in size and can cater for up to six people.

Park Side Cabins have their own car parking space – a little older but lovely and new inside. These come in several options that sleep from four to six people. 

Each villa has a covered deck to sit and enjoy the well maintained gardens in this very welcoming and friendly location.

There is a boom gate at the entrance for security and fully sealed roads allowing easy access for all those staying at the BIG4 Mackay Black's Beach Holiday Park.
