Karumba Point Fishing Seafood Market can be found on Karumba Point Road, Queensland (next to Karumba Point Caravan Park). We stopped by for lunch and ordered some crumbed Barramundi. The owner had just come back with his catch for the day so the staff selected a fresh fish, filleted it and cooked it for us - what great service. This fish was absolutely delicious.
The Seafood market also sells uncooked fillets – fresh and frozen, as well as crabs and prawns. This is a clean and tidy outlet with plenty of parking out the front - shaded seating is available to sit and enjoy your meal. We would definitely go back for another meal.
