The Cunnamulla Fella Visitor Information Centre is located in a lovely old building in Centenary Park, Jane Street. We found plenty of space to park the caravan outside and had no trouble turning around in the wide streets. This outback Queensland town is located on the Warrigo River and we enjoyed stopping here and talking to the locals. The Visitor Information Centre can be found near the Cunnamulla Fella Bronze Statue. There is a great museum in the Visitor Information Centre which shows you the history of the area - especially the wool growing industry.
They have a really good range of local craft and produce as well as souvenirs of the local area - I found a beautiful woolen scarf. Of course you will find books, maps, information on the National Parks and things to see in and around Cunnamulla. They will also book tours for you and give you advice on the accommodation in town.
