Cow Bay Hotel Motel - Cape Tribulation

During our return trip from Cape Tribulation we decided to stop at the Cow Bay Beach Hotel Motel for a drink before heading home. This is a large building with wide covered verandah right along the front. Plenty of parking and I understand motel rooms are available if you want to stay the night.

Check out the timber in this lovely building. It has been milled from the trees cleared from the land itself and a farm about one kilometre along the road. Just beautiful benches and stools. A black sign at the end of the bar will tell you the types of timber used around the Hotel.

Of course the warm welcome and cold beer were great.
