The Kaluta Academy Cafe is located in the the town square of the Ayers Rock Resort. This cafe is staffed by trainees of Ayers Rock Resort's National Indigenous Training Academy which allows them to learn about the food and beverage industry while dealing with the public. We called in to Kulata for a cuppa one afternoon and this was very good - tables are provided inside and out for customers.
Kaluta Academy is open daily for breakfast and lunch serving light meals as well as a range of yummy cakes.
