A short distance past the Tennant Creek Visitor Information Centre along Peko road is a turnoff to Bill Allen Lookout which allows you to look over the town and surrounding area.
The lookout shows just how flat parts of the country are and I think this is one of the highest points in town. Two big water tanks hinder the view in one direction.
