Foreshore Caravan Park - Nambucca Heads

You will drive past the Foreshore Caravan Park on your way into Nambucca Heads form the Pacific Highway (southern entrance).  We really like the relaxed feel of this small park on the banks of the Nambucca River.

There were a number of families who had set up camp under the trees next to the water and were relaxing in the shade enjoying a spot of fishing. The Foreshore Caravan Park is within walking distance to the RSL Club, golf club, cafes and Woolworths supermarket. There is a convenience store directly opposite the park.

It is an older park but well maintained with a range of cabins and its own boat ramp - you can even moor your boat alongside your cabin. We received a warm welcome by a member of the family that have owned this park for many years and she was more than happy for us to look around.

A walking track runs beside the park that runs form the Visitor Information Centre to the V-Wall break wall.
