BIG4 Nambucca Beach Holiday Park - Nambucca Heads

The BIG4 Nambucca Beach Holiday Park can be found at the end of Swimming Creek Road in a very quiet part of town.  It is nestled among tropical gardens with shade trees and is, as the name suggests, next to the beach - Swimming Creek Beach.  

This park has a range of cabins including the Elevated Surf Shack (our accommodation for the night) with a large parking area underneath - enough to bring the boat with you. This Shack overlooks the swimming pool and water slides. There are several other types of family cabins closer to the beach with parkland in front for the kids to run around. Near the entrance are some cute little dongas, that have been painted in lovely bright colours.

There is a boom gate to enter and exit the park which is operated by a scanning device. The managers have placed a return box for the scanners just outside the exit so you don't have to get out of the car when leaving. A new recreation room is being built beside reception and should be open shortly.

The park has all the facilities including an enclosed camp kitchen (small but adequate), large covered barbeque area with kitchen facilities, children's playground, clean amenities, jumping pillow, drive-through sites and some ensuite caravan or camping sites.

We found the staff to be friendly and welcoming and are working hard to ensure visitors enjoy their stay.
