Cowell Foreshore Caravan Park

Cowell Foreshore Caravan Park is located close to the waters of Franklin Harbour on the Eyre Peninsula. I found the side fence interesting as it is built between the Norfolk Island Pines that grow along the edge of the Caravan Park - great use of the local flora. The local pub is across the road which is very convenient when 5 o'clock comes around. Cowell is a lovely little town with beautiful historic buildings and the caravan park is located close to all amenities.

Features of the caravan park include:

• powered caravan and camping sites - some drive-through
• ensuite cabins, standard cabin (with amenities close by), units or the 2 bedroom cottage.
• two amenity blocks       
• covered BBQ and dining area
• Fish cleaning area and boat wash area
• Jetty and boat ramp close to the park - Boat ramp tickets can be purchased from the park kiosk.

The office of the Cowell Foreshore Caravan Park and Holiday Units has a supply of brochures and town maps, as well as weather charts and tide times - a great service for visitors (especially those planning to fish).
