Howling Dog Tavern - Corny Point

The Howling Dog Tavern can be found on the corner of Corny Point and Liddiard Roads, Corny Point - at the bottom end of the Yorke Peninsula in South Australia.  We called in one afternoon for a drink after visiting the Corny Point Lighthouse. Make sure you read the stories on the wall about how the Tavern got it's name - quite interesting.

There is a large car parking area alongside the Howling Dog Tavern and an outdoor covered seating area as well as plenty of indoor seating. The tavern serves meals and we found the locals to be friendly and happy to have a chat.
