At the southern end of South Mission Beach you will find the start of the Kennedy Walking Track. The track begins with a boardwalk from Lugger Bay, around the headland and highlights a number of beautiful locations on this part of the Queensland Coast.
The walking track leads to Kennedy Bay and there are quite a few stairs along the way as you head up and down to viewing locations. It was very pleasant during our visit with a breeze coming off the ocean. This is a recommended activity while staying at Mission Beach.
