Flagstaff Hill Lookout - Port Douglas

Flagstaff Hill Lookout is on the headland behind the main street of Port Douglas. This is well worth a visit for great views of Four Mile Beach and the Coral Sea.

Flagstaff Hill is a short walk from the main street or drive along Island Point Road. The ocean is a magnificent blue and the mountains in the background make for great photos. Information signs tell of the history of Flagstaff Hill.

There are a number of driveways leading into the car parking area so we had to be careful where we parked the car.
