The park is conveniently located just past Airlie Beach, the gateway to the Whitsunday Islands, and its setting along Lucas Creek is in a protected amphitheatre next to Conway National Park.

Discovery Parks - Airlie Beach (formally known as BIG4 Airlie Cove Resort and Caravan Park). This park looks great and there are plenty of activities to keep the children happy - jumping pillow, large pool, big chess set, playground, basketball court and heaps more. It is is set in lovely tropical gardens and the staff were really helpful - even when we just wanted to look around and take some photos.

There is a really nice camp kitchen located in the grounds which is open on three sides and is well equipped. They have bird feeding every morning so you can watch beautiful parrots that visit these lovely gardens.
