Worn Out Wares Cafe - Singleton

While recently staying in Singleton, NSW, we headed to the Worn Out Wares Café (WOW) on the main highway for lunch. It was fairly easy to find a car park near the entrance to the shop/cafe.

WOW is housed in an old building which seems to be a very popular meeting place.  They have a range of seating in covered areas scattered around the building and some tables set up in the adjoining flower shop.  Of course they also sell a range of antiques and pre-loved goodies. 

Meal was great – ploughman’s lunch (ham, fresh bread, homemade chutney, sundried tomatoes, three types of cheese, and several varieties of olives.  Corn fritters – delicious.  Hand cut rosemary potato wedges were great but I thought a bit expensive at $8.50 per serve (small paper bag of wedges).

Coffee was very good and hot and we would not hesitate to return for another interesting meal.
