The Singleton Sundial is the major feature of the Bicentennial Riverside Park Project and is located along the walking paths on Ryan Street - near the Hunter River, picnic areas and huge sporting facilities.

Construction of the Sundial was financed by Lemington Coal Mine, a State Bicentennial Grant as well as contributions from mining, industry and community groups in the Singleton area. 

It is amazing to visit at various intervals to note the shadows and shapes created by this ancient method of displaying time.
