Green Pools can be found in William Bay National Park - turn onto William Bay Road off the South Coast Highway in Western Australia about 10 kilometres west of Denmark. The large granite boulders protect this small beach from the waves of the Great Southern Ocean and it is apparently a popular swimming spot in summer.
Unfortunately the day we visited Green Pools it was very windy and overcast so it did not look as good as some of the pictures we have seen. It is just a short walk from the car park and not far from Elephant Cove. The granite boulders are huge and I believe it is worth detouring from the main road to take a look.
