We walked along parts of Piccaninny Creek bed to reach the lookout. It is hard to imagine how much water would flow along here during the wet season - the rocks are all smooth and the dirt has been washed away. The Piccaninny Creek car park is south of the Rangers Station and has toilets as well as shaded picnic tables. There are several walks that lead from this car park - clearly marked on the information boards.
We also had the opportunity to see the Bungle Bungles from the air on a scenic flight from Kununurra - highly recommended.
