To access Back Beach near Bremer Bay, head out of town along Wellstead Road and then head east on White Trail Road. This is a popular spot for 4WD enthusiasts who can drive onto the beach and camp. Back Beach is protected by Black Point and faces east and southeast.
The day we visited Back Beach it was overcast and very windy so I cannot comment on swimming at this beach.
