Located on the main road through Myrtleford is the Alpine Gate Cafe which also houses the Visitor Information Centre – both are great. The VIC sells a range of local produce including wine and staff very helpful
On our return journey from Bright to Wangaratta we stopped for morning tea at the Alpine Gate Café. This was extra hot and we enjoyed our coffee with a chocolate brownie and gluten free slice – full of fruit, nuts and coconut.
Service very friendly and this café is busy serving breakfast and lunch as well as snacks. There are tables inside and out.
