Soldiers Memorial Gardens - Strathalbyn

Soldiers Memorial Gardens is a beautiful park, centrally located in the historic town Strathalbyn, South Australia. It is close to the public swimming pool, shops, hotels and cafes. Some features of this sprawling, well maintained parkland are:

The garden is located on Commercial Road, Strathalbyn and can also be accessed from Colman Terrace. This is a picturesque spot right next to the Angas River and I am sure would be the perfect place for some lovely wedding photos. The park also offers some spots with barbecues and is a popular place for walking dogs. It was a real treat to find this amazing space in the middle of Strathalbyn - what a wonderful Memorial to soldiers that have defended this great country of ours.
