Springsure Roadhouse and Caravan Park is located on the WIlliam Street (Dawson Highway) as you enter town from Rolleston (about 67 kilometres south of Emerald). We Stopped at the Springsure Roadhouse Caravan Park to have a look at the facilities. Sites looked OK but down the side of a hill and about one kilometre to town. They were offering a special – stay two nights and receive a free breakfast. Takeaway meals in Roadhouse looked good and they serve until about 7:30 at night.
The Roadhouse is open from 5.00 am - 8.30 pm daily (closed on Christmas Day). They sell fuel, meals or takeaway, as well as ice and gas refills.
The Springsure Roadhouse and Caravan Park has a variety of accommodation options including Cabins, Camping, Caravan Park sites and Single Men's Accommodation. The staff were friendly and helpful and a walking track across the road leads towards town.
