After enjoying lunch at Cape Trib Beach House Tides Bar and Restaurant we headed south and stopped at Kulki Cape Tribulation and walked about 350 metres along the boardwalk to Lookout Point. The car parking area was very busy with everyone wanting to look back over Cape Tribulation - where the rainforest meets the sea. Lovely views but unfortunately not high tide when I think the colours would be spectacular on a clear day.
We saw a Goanna eating a small animal just below the boardwalk and this was very entertaining for tourists who had not seen one of these lizards up close.
There is a public toilet block at this stop.
