Mataranka Falls

Mataranka Falls is a very pretty spot found on a bush walk from 12 Mile Yards (Jalmurark Camping area). We visited these falls in August when the flow was not as strong as it is directly after the wet season - they were still beautiful. There a number of swimming holes at the top of the falls and these are quite refreshing after a long hot walk.

We took some morning tea and sat in the shade for a rest before heading back along the walking track.
