Sawtell RSL Club

We visited the Sawtell RSL Club a couple of times during our recent family holiday at the Sawtell Beach Holiday Park.  This large, friendly club is within walking distance to the caravan park and a great choice for a reasonably priced family meal with a few drinks and then walk home.  

Our first evening meal was on a Monday and the doorman advised us to check out the specials board before ordering - surf and turf for half price. This was selected by several people at our table and was absolutely delicious with garlic prawns on top of the steak and perfectly cooked vegetables. Our second visit was a Saturday evening where most of our group enjoyed the baked dinner. I am sure this club is very busy during holiday periods.

Of course they have function rooms available for hire and attract a range of entertainment throughout the year. The club is open every day with a large poker machine area and a range of sporting activities.
