Nundle is a beautiful little village about 60 kilometres from Tamworth in NSW. The Visitor Information Centre is housed in a small building in front of the Fossickers' Tourist Park on Jenkins Street. This was our first stop in Nundle to pick up some maps of the area and discover some of the things to do in town - Nundle Woolen Mill is a must and people flock to Nundle to try their hand at Fossicking for gold in the nearby hills.
The VIC houses the Gil Bennet Gem and Mineral Collection and Museum.
