The Karuah RSL Club can be found on the corner of Tarean and Bundabah Streets as you drive through this small town on the coast of NSW - at the only set of traffic lights (you can't miss it).
While staying at the BIG4 Karuah Jetty Holiday Park we headed up to the club for a Chinese meal at the bridge View Restaurant. I must say that the steamed dim sims were some of the nicest we have had for a long time. We ordered takeaway as the restaurant was very busy and these meal sizes were very generous.
This was the weekend of the Karuah Oyster and Timber festival and the club was extremely busy with visitors and locals enjoying the meat raffles and meals. The club operates a courtesy bus from the caravan park and local areas 7 days a week - check with them for times.
