The Amble Inn is a large pub about 20 minutes north of Coffs Harbour on the NSW coast - near the small communities of Corindi and Red Rock. As you turn off the Pacific Highway you will see the Pub sitting on the left hand side of the road before you reach Corindi Beach - you can't miss this large building.
The interior of the Amble Inn is quite striking with local hardwood timbers with a blend of brickwork and stained glass. The benches are solid timber with huge beams supporting the high ceilings - lovely old photos around the bar. This pub was built in 1986 and I understand is still owned by the same people who came up with the idea of a pub in Corindi Beach.
There is a huge fenced in area for the kids to play while you enjoy a drink in the large shaded beer garden. A bottle shop sits at one end of the building and the dining area is very popular - a $10 lunch is available with 7 choices (plus an extensive menu). We enjoyed a pre-dinner drink with some cheesy garlic bread in the friendly atmosphere of the Amble Inn. Very relaxing.
