NRMA Darlington Beach Holiday Resort - Arrawarra

Located just north of Woolgoolga near a town called Arrawarra is the NRMA Darlington Beach Holiday Park.  We think this has to be one of the best parks in Australia for a relaxing family holiday. Located in a beautiful bushland setting, the park offers spacious sites, beach access and a very good 9 hole golf course. Our site had cement driveway strips to back the car and van onto as well as a slab for the awning - no worries about destroying the grass. We had heaps of space under large shade trees surrounded by tropical gardens - no squeezing as many van in as possible at Darlington.  There are a large number of cabins set around a small lagoon filled with beautiful water lilies. 

The amenities, pool and restaurant facilities are first class with large shaded seating areas for groups and families. The park offers it's guests a full size tennis court, a bowling green and an excellent games room - we even noticed a small dirt bike track for the kids to use. We really enjoyed watching the kangaroos and abundant birdlife that frequented the camp sites - please do not feed these wild animals as they can become aggressive.
