We called into Norseman to fill up with fuel before heading to the WA/SA border and across the Nullarbor. The lady at the BP Service Station was very friendly and helpful - she gave me a print out with tips on travel distances between fuel stops and their opening hours - handy information when driving long distances.
Norseman is a lovely small town which looks very welcoming - all the median strips were planted with lovely colourful flowers. Tin Camel statues are a feature in the centre of the main roundabout in town - you can miss them.
The Gateway Caravan Park (Acclaim Parks) is beside the BP Service Station and this looks great with lots of trees and large sites. We spoke to the owners who had only been there for a short while - they were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here on our next trip.
