Copper Club Golf Course - Port Hughes

Copperclub Golf course has been created on dunes at Port Hughes, Yorke Peninsula in South Australia.  This course was designed by Greg Norman and there are 9 holes at the moment - you play the Black Flags for the front 9 holes and the Red Flags for the back 9 holes. This is a links style course incorporating the sand dunes and local vegetation with an amazing coastal background.

The current clubhouse is a licensed venue which is only small but set in lovely gardens. The Deck Bar (and cafe) is open seven days a week for lunch or for dinner on Friday and Saturday. The clubhouse a short buggy ride to the first tee - the friendly person working in the pro shop was happy to drive us around for a closer look at the course. Apparently they are building a new clubhouse which will overlook some of the holes.
