Nullarbor Lookout 1 Rest Area is been recently upgraded, has lots of parking and offers magnificent views of the Great Australian Bight.
Despite the StreetView image, the road into the lookout is now open!

There are several lookouts along the Eyre Highway which allow views of the Great Australian Bight. They are well sign posted and we went into each one for a look at the stunning views. Each site has a large turning circle to enable access for caravans and large vehicles and signs indicating the viewing platforms.
The edge of the cliffs can be very unstable so please take notice of the warning signs. This is an amazing part of our beautiful country.
