Jabiru is located in the Kakadu National Park. There are a number of accommodation options available including the famous Crocodile Hotel. There are also two caravan parks that offer great shaded sites as well as cabins.
We had been told to call into the Kakadu Bakery and try one of their famous pies - we had a crocodile pie and a kangaroo pie -these were delicious. They provide seating outside the bakery to sit and enjoy your food.
The shopping plaza is air-conditioned which is very nice on those hot days. All facilities are available within the town so take a look around.
