Harrigans Irish Pub & River Lodge - Harrington

Harrigan's Irish Pub is one of our favourite places for lunch when visiting Harrington - about 12 kilometres off the Pacific Highway between Taree and Port Macquarie. Harrigan's Irish Pub and River Lodge is located next to Harrington Waters Golf Club - turn right at the third roundabout as you head into town. It is situated on the banks of the Manning River and has great views over the water - a very relaxing place to spend the afternoon.

This is a warm welcoming Pub with comfortable seating inside and out - I get a laugh during every visit by reading the sayings printed on the walls around the restaurant and bar area. They have live entertainment and a delicious selection of Irish and Australian bistro meals. Harrigan's features fresh local produce and the menu is constantly changing - daily specials are available with a lunch menu offering meals for about $12 (from Monday to Friday). 

Accommodation is available along the riverfront - Ibis Styles River Lodge, and this looks very neat and tidy. There are plenty of car parks available in front of Harrigan's and this pub is located in a pretty little spot on the coast with lovely gardens,
