Glen Rest Tourist Park - Glen Innes

Glen Rest Tourist Park is located at Glen Innes in NSW - on the edge of town in a parkland setting with lots of beautiful shade trees (Liquidambar that would look wonderful in autumn). We called in to look around on a recent caravan adventure and were greeted by very friendly staff.  

The Glen Rest Tourist has great camp fire area for those cold nights. Other features of this park include:

• camping site - powered and un-powered
• cabins
• ensuite cabins
• powered sites - grass or concrete slag
• large drive through sites for motor homes or buses
• clean amenities 
• covered barbeque area
• children's play area
• pets welcome (they even have a Pet Wash Station for your dog)

The local RSL Services Club provides a courtesy bus that will pickup and return to Park (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) - we always look for this on holidays so we can go out and enjoy a meal occasionally.

A very nice looking park. Why not try fossicking for sapphires while your are here?
