Studio units are a comfy open plan option for couple or a single. Queen bed is made up for your convenience. Ensuite bathroom adjacent to the bed. Kitchenette has a gas cooktop, microwave and small fridge and is perfect for cooking for 1 or 2 persons.
One of the first cabins we photographed at the BIG4 Bendigo Ascot Holiday Park on Heinz Street Bendigo was a studio style cabin. This Open Plan Studio Cabin has been renovated and is quite comfortable for a couple to stay overnight. They do not look great from the outside, but have been tastefully renovated on the inside.
These studio cabins have been painted and the kitchen renovated with fresh tiling along the splashback – new bed and lounge plus a small two person table in the corner. This corner looks like it originally housed bunk beds with three levels of small windows obvious from the outside.
This studio cabin has the bed is in the living room with a shelf either side for phones, wallets etc. At the base of the bed is a wardrobe with shelves and hanging space containing an ironing board and iron. An ensuite bathroom is located at the rear of the cabin with new toilet, hairdryer and a lovely caddy holding toiletries for guests - nice touch
The kitchen bench sits along one wall with cooktop and small oven plus a microwave and bar fridge – the cupboards are stocked with plates, pots, crockery bowls and clean tea towels. A supply of coffee and tea is displayed on the bench for a cuppa upon arrival.
The TV and air conditioner are placed in the living areas along with a comfortable two seater lounge. This studio cabin has been fitted with block-out blinds if you want to have a sleep in during your stay.
It is small but comfortable with a car parking space parallel to the front of the cabin and a towel rail attached to the outside wall to hang pool towels. Always a great idea.
